Picking the Right One Among Slot Machine Stands

Picking the Right One Among Slot Machine Stands
They say that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder." Well, it doesn't work that way in the case of slot machine stands. The saying would be more like, "beauty is in the beauty of the holder."
Strange, huh?
If you've made your exorbitant paymen, your next assignment would be to find the perfect spot to place it. When you find one, naturally you wouldn't want to put it on the floor per se (unless it's a tall one with a stand on its own.) A slot machine in a room will definitely catch some attention, but the mere presence of it does not work its magic independently.
You need to find the appropriate stand to go with your slot machine. Okay, so how will you do that?
First, you need to consider the type of material used to make the stand. Materials would range from plastic to wood and metal. Choose the stand that you think would be able to support the weight of your machine. Since most therse machines are quite heavy, then stands made of wood and metal would be your best bets. Still, some would be more capable of holding the machine than the others, so choose wisely.
When you're done, the next item on your list would have to be the color of the stand. I know that this isn't fashion 101, but it actually wouldn't hurt to put some fashion sense on it. Depending on the room's overall lighting and theme, the color of the stand should follow the tone of your slot machine. If the latter has a dark tint, then the stand's color should follow. Same thing goes for the light-tinted machines. In some instances, however, slot machines are diversely painted. It is in your discretion whether to choose a light or a dark stand for this.
Another important factor to look at would be the space your slot machine stands will occupy.
Choose something that would be a little bit wider than the space your slot machine occupies. That way, there is less chance that the machine will fall off once accidentally hit. On the other hand, make sure that players or passers-by wouldn't bump themselves with the corners of the stand.
Next would be the functionality of the stand. Many stands today are now being re-modeled as cabinets, so that buyers will have the option to use the extra space underneath for things they want to put in there.
The design is also a good thing to consider. Some may contain stained glass art, while others might exhibit carved/soldered patterns. Choose something that suits your preference.
Last but not the least, mind the price. I'm not saying that you should get the cheapest, but get something that's worth your money. If you have enough cash to get the best option, then go for it. Otherwise, it's advisable that you wait a little and same some more because it would be a waste to, say, spend a hundred bucks for a not-so-durable stand when you can just add a bit more to buy something sturdy.
Getting a great slot machine isn't enough to add variety in the comfort of your own home. Adding a fine choice among available slot machine stands will just do the trick.
